8-week 1:1 Sales Mentoring

Good at your thing. Not so good at selling it?

You built your business on great work and word of mouth. Now you need sales to work on purpose, not by luck.

You don’t need to become a different person to get better at sales. You just need someone who has done it to show you how.

For eight weeks, I’ll bring 15+ years of real sales experience to your real business: your prices, your proposals, your client conversations and the things you’re stuck on right now.

01 — The fast track

You can figure sales out yourself. Or you can shortcut the learning curve.

I’ve spent 15+ years learning how sales actually works — across completely different products, industries and countries.

This mentoring condenses that experience into eight intensive weeks of 1:1 work. I teach you how sales works, then we apply it directly to your business — your offer, your prices, your pitches, your conversations.

You can spend years testing prices, pitches, follow-ups and negotiation tactics through trial and error.

Or you can learn from someone who has already done it.

Where you start
  • “My referrals have slowed down, and I’ve never had to find clients any other way.”
  • “I’m busy, but I know I’m undercharging.”
  • “I need to raise my prices, and I’m scared of losing my best clients.”
  • “I send the proposal… and then silence.”
Where you’ll get to →
  • “I raised my prices and kept my best clients.”
  • “I know exactly what to say when someone says it’s too expensive.”
  • “I have a way to find clients that doesn’t depend on referrals.”
  • “Every proposal gets a follow-up, and I stopped losing good opportunities.”

Stop thinking about selling.Start knowing how to sell.

Stop asking ChatGPT. Stop spending hours on YouTube. Stop buying another course that leaves you more overwhelmed than strategic.

I'll guide you, and teach you, step by step, through what actually matters for your business.

02 — Who this is for

You’re good at what you do. Selling it is a different story.

For women with small, established businesses who want to grow, are great at what they do, but find that selling still feels awkward, uncomfortable or pushy. And for content creators who want to handle their own brand deals, and get paid what they’re worth.

This mentoring may be for you if:

  1. 01Your business grew on referrals and word of mouth, and now they’ve slowed down.
  2. 02You’re busy, but you know you’re undercharging.
  3. 03You need to raise your prices and you’re afraid of losing your best, most loyal clients.
  4. 04You send a proposal and then hear nothing, and you don’t know how to follow up without being annoying.
  5. 05When someone says “it’s too expensive” or “let me think about it”, you freeze, or offer a discount before they’ve even asked.
  6. 06Your discovery calls turn into free advice, and people never book.
  7. 07You have a list of past clients you haven’t spoken to in months.
  8. 08Asking for payment, or chasing a late invoice, makes you uncomfortable.
  9. 09You’ve tried courses, YouTube and ChatGPT. You’re tired of generic advice and want someone who has actually sold to tell you what to do.
  10. 10You’re a content creator who’d rather handle your brand deals yourself, but you’re not sure what to charge, how to negotiate, or whether you’re leaving money on the table.

You don’t have to become louder, pushier or more aggressive to be good at sales.

03 — What we’ll work on

No generic 8-week curriculum. We start with you.

One private session every week, for eight weeks.

What we cover in those sessions is decided by your business — not by a syllabus. No two mentoring journeys look the same, because no two businesses do.

Week 1

We understand your business.

Where you are, what you sell, what isn’t working, where opportunities are being lost and what you want to achieve.

Together

We decide what to work on.

We agree on the areas that could make the biggest difference for you — and where to start.

Weeks 2–8

Built around your actual needs.

The remaining sessions are shaped around you, and adapt as real situations come up.

Examples of what we might work on — not a fixed curriculum

Your offer

What you’re selling and how clearly you’re communicating it.

Pricing

What you charge, how to raise your prices without losing clients, and how to explain your value.

Sales process

What happens from first contact to closed deal — and where opportunities are disappearing.

Pitching

How to approach potential clients and communicate your value without sounding salesy.

Sales conversations

What to say when someone says “it’s too expensive”, “let me think about it” or “I need to ask my partner”.

Negotiation

How to handle objections, protect your value and negotiate without immediately dropping your price.

Follow-up

How to stop good opportunities disappearing because nobody knows what happens next.

Commercial strategy

Where your next clients come from when referrals slow down, and how to approach them.

Past clients & referrals

How to go back to past clients and ask for referrals without feeling like you’re begging.

Getting paid

How to ask for payment and chase late invoices politely, by email or WhatsApp, without damaging the relationship.

These are examples, not a fixed curriculum. Your mentoring is different for every client — built around your business and your priorities.

04 — What you’ll get

Eight weeks of 1:1 sales mentoring. Plus me in your corner between sessions.

8×

Private 1:1 sessions

One 60-minute session every week.

Every session recorded

You’ll have the full recording to refer back to whenever you need it.

Personalised written reports

After every session, you’ll receive a clear summary of what we discussed and the decisions we made.

Clear next steps

You always leave knowing exactly what to do before we meet again.

WhatsApp access

You don’t have to wait until the next session when something comes up.

  • A client sends you an offer.
  • You have a negotiation tomorrow.
  • You don’t know how to respond.
  • You’re unsure what to charge.
  • You have a sales conversation and want to prepare.

Ask me.

Message me on WhatsApp throughout the mentoring — before the call, the reply or the negotiation, not a week after it.

05 — The outcome

What can change in eight weeks?

01Find the money already sitting in your pipeline, and in your past clients.

Stop letting good opportunities go cold or unnoticed.

02Sell for more, and keep your best clients.

Raise your prices, handle “it’s too expensive” and negotiate without dropping your price.

03Build a sales process that actually works for you.

Stop losing opportunities through the cracks. Use the right CRM, automations and AI tools to cut the busywork, work more efficiently and spend more of your time doing what actually makes you money: selling.

04Use sales psychology that actually works.

Understand what makes people buy, hesitate and say yes — and use it in real conversations without becoming pushy.

05Get clear on your sales blind spots.

Challenge the beliefs and habits that are holding you back — including the ones making you think you’re simply “not good at sales.”

06Follow up without feeling annoying.

Know when to follow up, what to say and how to move the conversation forward.

07Build a sales system that makes you money.

Because more sales don’t automatically mean more profit. Sometimes the smarter move is to sell better, not simply sell more.

Sell better, sell for more, and sell with ease.

I started in real estate, then moved into electricity, chicken feed, food supplements, and now Content Creators.

15+ years of Sales and Business Development — from Portugal to Germany, and from there to the world.

I’ve travelled to Asia, Africa, the Middle East and beyond to sell completely different products to completely different customers, across completely different industries.

And I consistently exceeded my targets.

Being good at sales isn’t about knowing one product or one industry. It’s about being strategic, understanding people, knowing where to look for opportunities, communicating value.

Those skills travel with you — across industries, countries and cultures.

Once you truly understand how sales works, you can take that knowledge into almost any business, industry or career.

That’s what I want to teach you — not how to sell one particular thing, but how to understand sales well enough that you can sell anything in a way that feels strategic and natural to you.

I started working with Diana in 2024, and since then, my business profits have increased drastically. I can always count on and trust her to connect me with the right partners and brands for all my projects.

I own a small wedding photography business and initially I was pretty stuck on my marketing, how to improve it and how to come up with a strong strategy to approach my business. I’ve heard great things about Diana’s work from other business owners and I’ve decided to hop on a consulting call with her. The rest is history, she really helped me up in research and coming up with a solid marketing plan and market analysis for my business. She was very patient with answering my never-ending questions and best of all, we sat down together and came up with a solid plan for my business. I highly recommend her service!

Working with Diana has been a positive experience! She approaches partnerships thoughtfully and professionally and understands both the creator and brand side of the industry. As both a creator and a business owner, having such great support on the management and communication side of brand collaborations makes a big difference.

Your investment includes
  • 8 private weekly 1:1 sessions
  • Full recording of every session
  • Personalised written report after every session
  • Clear next steps
  • WhatsApp access throughout the mentoring
  • Fully customised mentoring based on your business

You’re investing in eight weeks of direct access to 15+ years of sales experience.

At €2,500, the bigger question is: what is staying where you are costing you now?

09 — Before you decide

A good fit matters.

This is personal, hands-on work, and I only take on a very small number of mentoring clients at a time.

You don’t need to worry about whether you’ve made the “right” decision before clicking the button. We’ll know very quickly whether we’re a good fit.

After our first session, if you or I feel that this isn’t the right mentoring for you, that’s completely fine. No awkwardness. No pressure to continue.

I’ll refund you 100%.

I’d rather work with the right people than keep someone in mentoring that isn’t right for them.

10 — Questions

Questions people ask before starting

What is the 8-week 1:1 Sales Mentoring?

A private sales mentoring programme with Diana Pereira Piechoczek, founder of Peartree International. Over eight weekly 60-minute online sessions, we work on your real business: your prices, proposals, client conversations, follow-up and where your next clients come from. Every session is recorded, you get a written summary after each one, and you can message me on WhatsApp between sessions.

Who is it for?

Women with established businesses who want to grow and scale, but feel that sales is still a struggle or could be much better. And content creators who want to handle their own brand deals and grow their business without handing it over to an agency.

How much does it cost?

€2,500 for eight weekly 1:1 sessions, recordings, written summaries and WhatsApp access throughout. If, after the first session, either of us feels it isn’t the right fit, you get a 100% refund.

Is a sales mentor different from a business coach or an online course?

Yes. This isn’t motivation or a fixed curriculum. I have 15+ years of hands-on sales and business development experience across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. I tell you what to say and do in your real situations, and we practise it on your actual clients and offers.

Is it online, and in which languages?

Yes, all sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere. Sessions are available in English and Portuguese.

What are typical questions people bring to the mentoring?

Every mentoring is built around your business, but these are questions clients often bring:

  • How do I raise my prices without losing my best clients?
  • How do I tell my regular clients that my prices are going up?
  • What do I say when a client says “it’s too expensive”?
  • What do I answer when someone says “let me think about it”?
  • How do I follow up after a proposal without being annoying?
  • Where do new clients come from when referrals slow down?
  • How do I ask past clients for referrals?
  • How do I stop discovery calls from turning into free advice?
  • How do I ask for payment without damaging the relationship?
  • How do I negotiate without dropping my price straight away?
  • How much should I charge for a brand deal, and how do I negotiate it?
